  1. Log in to https://billing.onedotdigital.co/.
  2. Go to Billing > Payment Methods.
  3. Add or update your payment details.

Step 3: Retry the Payment

  1. Return to the unpaid invoice in the Billing > My Invoices section.
  2. Click Pay Now and complete the payment.

Step 4: Contact Support if Needed

If the issue persists, reach out to our support team. Provide the following details for quicker assistance:

  • Invoice number.
  • Error message (if any).
