Managing your invoices is simple with Onedotdigital's client area. This guide will walk you through viewing and paying your invoices step by step.


Step 1: Log in to the Client Area

  1. Visit the Onedotdigital client area: https://billing.onedotdigital.co/
  2. Enter your registered email address and password, then click Login.

Step 2: Access Your Invoices

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the Billing section in the menu.
  2. Click on My Invoices to view all your invoices.

Step 3: View Invoice Details

  1. Locate the invoice you want to view from the list.
  2. Click the View Invoice button to see the full details, including:
    • Invoice number
    • Date issued
    • Due date
    • Itemized charges

Step 4: Pay Your Invoice

  1. On the invoice page, click the Pay Now button.
  2. Select your preferred payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
  3. Complete the payment process by following the on-screen instructions.
  4. Once the payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Step 5: Check Payment Status

  1. Return to the My Invoices page.
  2. Paid invoices will show as Paid, while unpaid invoices will display as Unpaid or Overdue if past the due date.
